ARTstor - Remote Access FAQs
The Colgate University Libraries subscribe to ARTstor which provides collections of art images for the use of our students, faculty and staff. Because of technical issues in providing off-campus access, this service is only available from off-campus via the VPN (Virtual Private Network)
and not the traditional proxy service which the library uses for other databases. The campus VPN only works with acceptable speed with high speed data connections such as cable modems, satellite modems, and DSL lines.
