Classroom Use Policies for the Batza Classroom and Cronin Learning Lab
Equipment: 30 workstations (plus podium-mounted instructor PC), data projector and wall-mounted screen, VCR, DVD, sound system.
The Batza Classroom is held for exclusive Library and ITS use for the first eight weeks of every semester. In the latter half of the semester and during the summer and intersession the classroom is available to other members of the Colgate University community; priority will be given to Library and ITS activities and then to other academic activities.
The Batza Classroom is not available for semester-long activity; the Seminar Rooms in Case-Geyer may be reserved for semester-long activity.
Reservations for this room may be requested via the Colgate Event Management System (EMS) for the latter portion of each semester and during summer and intersession.
When not reserved the Batza Classroom functions as a computer lab for Colgate community members.

The Cronin Learning Lab is held for exclusive Library and ITS use for the whole of the semester. During the summer and intersession the lab will be available to other members of the Colgate University community.

When not reserved the Cronin Learning Lab functions as a computer lab for Colgate community members.
