QuestionPoint - Collaborative Digital Reference Service

Welcome to the QuestionPoint Ask a Librarian service, a web-based reference service that helps libraries deliver reference services via e-mail and chat. QuestionPoint is brought to you by the Colgate University Libraries.

Colgate University librarians provide e-mail reference service to faculty, students, and staff of the Colgate University. To use this service, you must enter your Colgate e-mail address. No responses will be made to e-mails that are not from a Colgate address. (Note: Questions pertaining to Colgate's Special Collections and Archives should be sent directly to Carl Peterson, Head of Special Collections.

We will attempt to answer questions within 24 hours of receipt, except on weekends and holidays. You may also contact the Case reference desk at 315-228-7303 or the Science library at 315-228-7311 or 315-228-7402 to speak directly to a librarian or use the Ask a Librarian Chat.  For hours of availability, see Library Hours.
